How to get useful help
For a product problem, include the page you were using, your device and browser, what you expected to happen, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Please do not send passwords, authentication links, full browser-storage exports, medical records, or other sensitive information. A screenshot is useful only when it does not expose private account or health details.
For account-data access or deletion questions, write from the email address associated with the account when possible. Identity may need to be verified before account information is discussed or changed. You can also use the account controls in the app for available self-service actions. Privacy requests are handled according to the practices described on the Privacy page.
Security and safety reports
If you believe you found a security vulnerability, describe the affected URL, the impact, and a minimal reproduction. Do not access another person’s data, disrupt the service, or publish exploitable details before there has been a reasonable opportunity to investigate. For inaccurate or unsafe educational wording, link to the exact page and explain the correction with a reliable source when available.
Deep Breathe is a small independent project, so an immediate response cannot be guaranteed, but clear reports are reviewed as capacity allows.
